Improve Your Health Products customer base grew via ‘word by mouth’.  Demonstrations and seminars are organised to provide information to our customers to increase their knowledge using their new kitchen appliance. We are honest and loyal to our customers and provide support with using the products we offer.

PRODUCTS

The products offered by Improve Your Health Products are made in Australia, and other countries, these include China, Korea, USA and Switzerland. Improve Your Health Products associates with reputable companies, and all warranties are included. All kitchen and home products we sell have service centres within Australia.

GENERAL WARRANTY INFORMATION

Improve Your Health Products are happy to complete your warranty form and send it at the time of purchase, if requested; Otherwise,  it is the responsibility of the customer to complete the attached warranty card/form and send it as soon as possible. There is a 10 to 14 day period once your product is purchased to send and register the warranty form.                   

RETURN POLICY

Once an appliance is purchased, there is a 28 day money back guarantee from the purchase date, if you are dissatisfied with the product. Please contact Improve Your Health Products first and we will direct you and assist you in this process to obtain your refund. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the product to the manufacturer and a refund will then be given. Please note the product must be in original packaging and excellent condition as purchased.
If the product is faulty by chance please contact us immediately and we will handle the exchange.
Your purchase with us is important, so please always contact us if there is any issue regarding the products purchased.

To obtain a refund the product must be returned:

  • the customer must contact us before returning
  • include name, address, phone number and invoice number
  • Within 28 days of purchase
  • At the customer’s expense
  • Via insured delivery
  • In new/ sealable condition
  • With all parts accessories and books etc.
  • Free of any defect, damage, wear
  • in it’s original packaging

Returned products/goods that have been damaged, tampered with, not clean, poor packaging, missing parts will not be accepted and will be returned to the purchaser.

Refunds are made via credit card or paid by cheque within 7 days of the receipt of the returned product.

WARRANTY RETURNS

  • If you have a concern regarding a product, the warranty or a return you must contact Improve Your Health Products first.
  •  If the product is faulty, contact us and we will instruct you to return the product to us.
  • Improve Your Health Products do not encourage to ‘try & buy’ our products as such. We offer product demonstrations in our showroom. We offer support and help you choose the right product. Should you change you mind about your purchase please contact Improve Your Health Products. In this instance there is a return fee charged as the product will need to be sent back to the supplier. Improve Your Health Products sell NEW products ONLY.
  • ONLY, if you have purchased a product from Improve Your Health Products can you contact us in regards to returning a product. There are other companies that sell similar products. Improve Your Health Products do not get involved in sales you make through other companies.
  • The product must be returned in it’s original packaging.
  • Improve Your Health Products is not responsible for the normal wear and tear of parts over time.
  • Warranty claims are made void if you do not use the product following manual instructions. The warranty claim is made void if the product is tampered with in any way.
  • All products have different warranty time periods and conditions. Please read the warranty forms carefully.
  • When the customer is to  send the product to the supplier at their own expense. Please use insurance and proper packaging as Improve Your Health Products are not responsible for products damaged or lost in transit due to negligent packaging by the customer. Always contact us first and we can supply the correct return address.
  •  A refund is only given once the supplier receives the product and contacts Improve Your Health Products that warranty and return conditions are valid. This may take 5 -7 days working days for your refund.
